What do you want to do next?
This can seem to be such a silly question when looking at a lesson that your child is in. However, this is rather the most important question I ask every lesson.
Encouraging students to express what they want to do next in their lesson fosters independence, confidence, and creativity. These are essential elements for deepening their bond with their lesson pony or horse. This approach not only allows students to explore their interests and push their boundaries like a young child wanting to lie down or stand in the saddle. This silly question also helps instructors tailor a plan to achieve those goals. By creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, you nurture their trust and enthusiasm, laying the stepping stones on the way to a more meaningful and exciting learning experience.
